My passion for photography didn't come out of the blue. As a child. I was often photographed by my parents, especially by my father. He captured our most beautiful moments so that we could look back on them later. Because of this, I learned early on how valuable photos are for keeping memories alive.
As I grew older, I realized: this is what I want to do for others! Capturing important moments so that memories will never fade, in a way that is elegant, timeless and full of genuine emotions.

Do you also like to travel? Which city is your favorite? Mine is Paris. Or perhaps Cape Town, or New York. A difficult choice!
But what I really want to talk about is my photography style. Because it's important that it truly aligns with your wishes.
My style? Timeless, elegant and detail-oriented. I work as naturally as possible, minimize posing and let spontaneity be the common thread throughout the day. During weddings and photoshoots, I am constantly looking for spontaneous moments and genuine emotions. Those authentic moments tell your story and create a tangible memory of your most beautiful day, or a special moment in your life.

In September 2024, Bram and I got married in France, at a place that is very special to us. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, we have traveled to the Champagne region every year. Bram proposed to me there, and just one day after our engagement, we found the perfect wedding venue in the same region.
As a wedding photographer, I know how quickly a wedding day passes. That's why the idea of a weekend wedding immediately appealed to us. Spending an entire weekend in one place with all our loved ones and celebrate love together. It became the weekend of our lives.
This experience has deepened my perspective as a wedding photographer. I know what it feels like to be on both sides of the camera: as the photographer and as the bride.
That is why I photograph weddings the way I do today: capturing not only the big moments your day revolves around, but also the small moments in between. Images that don't just show how beautiful your day looked like, but also bring you back to how amazing and special it truly felt.
